Return Policies

What is your return policy?
All products are custom-made to order and we cannot accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selected, or personal preference. However, we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. If your item arrives defective, damaged, or significantly different from what was shown on the product page, contact us within 40 days of delivery at ArchetypaltShirts@gmail.com with your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a free replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

What if my t-shirt arrives damaged?
We take great care in packaging your order, but accidents can happen. If your t-shirt arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll send you a replacement immediately at no cost. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we'll make it right. Email support@archetypaltshirts.com with your order number and photos.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, log into your account and select the order you wish to return. Click the "Return Item" button and follow the prompts to select which items you're returning and your reason. You'll receive a prepaid return shipping label via email. Pack your items securely and drop them off at any shipping location. Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days.

How do I know what size to order?
We provide detailed size charts for all our t-shirts. You can find the size guide on each product page showing measurements for chest width, length, and sleeve length. We recommend measuring a t-shirt you already own and comparing it to our chart. Our t-shirts are designed to have a comfortable, classic fit. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed feel.

What are the measurements for each size?
Our size chart includes the following measurements: XS (chest 32", length 27"), S (chest 34", length 28"), M (chest 38", length 29"), L (chest 42", length 30"), XL (chest 46", length 31"), and XXL (chest 50", length 32"). All measurements are taken when the garment is laid flat. Sleeve length is measured from the center back neck to the cuff.

Do not iron directly over any printed designs.

How do I remove stains?
For best results, treat stains as soon as possible. Blot (don't rub) the stain with a clean cloth. For most stains, pre-treat with a stain remover or cold water and mild detergent before washing. Avoid hot water, which can set stains. For stubborn stains, soak the garment in cold water for 30 minutes before washing. Always check that the stain is gone before drying, as heat can make stains permanent.

You'll receive an order confirmation email immediately.

Can I modify or cancel my order?Orders can be modified or cancelled within 1 hour of placement. After that, your order enters our fulfillment process and cannot be changed. If your order has already shipped, you can initiate a return once it arrives.
